Who can contact us?

Everyone. There are no eligibility requirements. You do not need to be in crisis. You do not need to have "a serious enough" reason.

If something is troubling you — even a little, even if you're not sure it counts — that is enough of a reason to reach out.

We work with people of all backgrounds, ages (16+), and circumstances across England and Wales. No GP referral is needed. No postcode check. No waiting room.

“You don't need a diagnosis. You don't need to have tried everything else. You just need to be here — and that is enough.”

Helping someone else?

If you're worried about a friend, family member, or colleague, we can help you think through what to do — and how to support them safely without losing yourself in the process.

You don't need to have all the answers. Being present matters more than knowing what to say.

Asking someone directly about suicidal thoughts does not plant the idea — it can be a profound relief to be asked.

Your own wellbeing matters too. Supporting someone in crisis is hard, and you deserve support as well.
